Citizens Advice Mid-North Yorkshire is looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual to join our advice team and make a real difference to their community. The role will be based in our Selby town centre office.
The debt admin worker role involves providing administrative support to the debt caseworkers, debt team supervisor and other specialist advice caseworkers. You will learn about all aspects of our service, deal with enquiries from clients and third parties, prepare letters as instructed, assist with charitable grants applications and ensure all case recording and monitoring systems are kept up to date.
The successful applicants will have a positive attitude and desire to learn, excellent IT skills, and be confident communicating by phone, email and in person. You will need to have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Salary : £20,493 pro rata
Hours: 30 hours per week
Responsible to: Advice Service Manager
