Salary : £26,999 pro rata

Hours: 30 hours per week

Citizens Advice Mid-North Yorkshire is looking for an enthusiastic individual who will have strong experience of Advice/Project Management in the not for profit sector who wishes to make a real difference to their community. 

Experience of advice and the advice sector will be an advantage as will an ability to monitor performance in others in a constructive and positive manner.  Many of our projects have targets to meet, and performance management and producing regular reports will be part of this role. 

The successful applicant will have excellent admin skills, strong organisational abilities and a good telephone manner. IT skills with word, case recording systems etc are a must. The ability to communicate well is essential.  You must also be willing to travel between our two main project offices in Selby and Northallerton.
