21 hrs per week

 Salary £26,317 pro-rata

Citizens Advice Mid-North Yorkshire is looking for an Advice Coordinator to lead our team based in our Malton office.

The Advice Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day running of the service, supervising the advice team as they provide advice and information face to face, on the telephone, by email and via web chat. You will be a vital part of our team and must enjoy motivating others to work in a positive environment with a ‘can do’ attitude.

The successful candidate will ideally have recent experience of advice service management or advice session supervision and/ or experience in recruitment and training.

We believe that knowledge and attitude are equally important to this role and are looking for someone who wants to make a real difference to people’s lives.
